As part of its rapid expansion, EIA is recruiting a sales and marketing assistant

Assists the Communication Officer in the Execution of the EIA communication plan

 

1-Internal and external Communication Content

  • Prepare and design communications tools to members about EIA activities and events, including invitations or information brochures;
  • Manage the EIA website content by updating it regularly, with events, brochures, invitations, working groups activity reports.
  • Prepare and send the quarterly newsletter on EIA activities and events.
  • Manage the social media (LinkedIn and Instagram);
  • Create and manage a communication/marketing sub-WG6;
  • All the communication will be in English.

 

2- Media sales assistant –  Irrigazette.com

  • Prepare Irrigazette media-kit and Buyer’s Guide registration form.
  • Retrieve advertising banners, find advertisers;
  • Manage the international supplier directory, find participants.
  • Manage the online subscriptions, fin subscribers.
  •  

3-Event Management

  • organization of EIA’s and Irrigazette face-to face events: in terms of logistics, content preparation and follow-up;
  • booth organization at trade shows (one every two years)
  • Attend EIA events and contribute to their logistics and smooth running on-site;
  • Participate in Booth permanence in professional events;

 

Requested profile/ competencies:

Marketing, Sales

Graphic design: Illustrator, Indesign, Word Press, Drupal

Autonomy

Knowledge of the irrigation market – advantage

Fluent in English (mother tongue is an advantage) + another European language

Status: self-employed, remote working, service provider, 2-3  days per week

Proposed compensation: annual 25 000 €

KPIs: # events #sales #marketing
